LSPI was incorporated in February 2011. In 3 years time, we have already established our OWN manufacturing plant located at Sitio Ilaya, San Antonio, Sto. Tomas, Batangas, close to major manufacturing companies in the region and lumber source from Quezon Province. We are currently serving companies that were engaged in Manufacturing, Exporting, Packaging and Warehousing businesses.

COMPLETE WOOD TREATMENT FACILITIES
- Kiln drying (anti-molds)
A process wherein Assembled pallets or components will be subjected to a gradual increase in
temperature. This process is done to reduce the moisture content of pallets, said to prevent occurrence of mold.
- Heat Treatment (Phyto-sanitary)
In compliance with ISPM 15, wooden pallets are subjected to a Heat
Treatment chamber. Six (6) Thermocouple wires are attached to the inner core of the wood inside the chamber
and monitored using Picolog. Reading of each probe should achieve min. of 56 degrees celsius and should be
maintained for 30 mins (recommended temperature that is prescribed to kill existing infestation inside the wood.
Pallets will be marked with the official IPPC markings.
- Chemical Treatment (anti- infestation)
1. Dipping method- wherein assembled pallets are dipped into a deep basin with a
chemical solution. Chemical penetration will be at most 1mm from the surface.
2. Vacuum Pressure Treatment- wherein pallet components are subjected to a capsule with chemical tank.
The air inside the capsule will be vacuumed and the chemicals will be injected to the lumber using
pressure for better absorption and deeper penetration.
